Dear Ms. Kristina Werner,
Initially, I sincerely apologize if this email comes awkwardly to you. My name is Trung, 19 years old, and currently I’m living in Hanoi, Vietnam. In 2004, some of my friends and I established a voluntary club names “NIEM TIN” [belief].

Since then, our non-profit organization has held a number of charitable programme with the main target is giving a hand to the less fortunate people such as the poor, disabled, orphan and diseased individuals who are undeniable victims of terrible bloodshed war in Vietnam. Past over 5 years, our hands are little and small, though, we still nurture a great dream is improving the living standard conditions for them especially children in whole Vietnam.

Actually, the current situation is not really promising since the formidable legacy of wars has caused unpredictable damage on more than one generation. Millions of children living in Vietnam are still suffering from poverty and disability and regrettably many among them are orphaned both mother and father. From what we have seen, those orphans are raising in many low quality orphanages scattering all around our country.

What we are doing is to set up a team called “Humanitarian Cards Makers”. We want to teach those poor and disabled children how to make different types of greeting card and sell them to different benign store-holders. The entire money gathering from these activities will be donated to the people or organizations that are responsible for those children’s future. This program has been carrying out with only one hope that it would change not few but many less fortunate lives. Besides, we also want to help them let what belong to the past and the inferior feelings go far away and create for themselves a ready, thoughtful and warm-hearted to welcome a brighter future.
While we were preparing for our next phases of our programs, I accidentally found out your blog which is obviously great and nicely fit into what we are trying to do. Your designs with well blended colors definitely make them luxurious and attractive. Therefore, I’m wondering whether we can use your templates and instructions in our program. We truly believe in your warmly heart that encourages us to make our non-profit program be in real even with many short needed equipments. We do greatly appreciate what we could learn from your works so far and we do hope that together, hand in hand, we can bring a more meaningful life to orphans. 
We also send you a sample which has been made by following your instructions so that you can evaluate yourself and give to us your final decisions.
